Phil:
It is clear that some of us are optimistic about the business model, and some of us are not. It is important to separate the issues here. The death spiral is considered a "given", only to find out that the reason it is a "given" is because the poster is making incorrect assumptions about the business model. To say that TSIG has "no business prospects" is really something...

Philip, I am just observing the scene here, and from where I sit, I see, for instance, an opening 20% above the prior day close and down hill from there, that looks and smell like a P&D, maybe it is. This music card business has been in the making for more than a year, as far as I understand, the Signature deal signed some six months ago, so where are these project? As recently as a month ago we were told that the Signature deal will be launched this month, at least if I remember correctly, the 150 person conference call was when?

What is of more concern is that I see many other internet deals, and the hallmark of all of them is extremely good financing and very rapid deployment (time is of the essence), I see neither of these here. Add to that the presence of the death spiral (now in full force), and you can easily see how I reach my conclusion, and this is a personal opinion, that TSIG has no "business prospects". I realize that on this thread I am in a small minority with this opinion.

Good luck

Zeev
