I think it is, and a return to sanity in valuations. My favorite stupidity meter is tracking ZD next to ZDZ. ZDZ is merely a tracking stock, not a spinoff. It represents only 13% of Ziff Davis on-line resources, while ZD is 87% of the company. When the day comes that ZD outperforms ZDZ we will have regained our senses.
