Yeah... I know what you mean... $7.35B!!! cap. Let's see... COMS is at 9.5B EXTR is at 2.8B RBAK is at 2.4B PSIX is at 3.0B CS is at 2.2B Nexabit was purchased for 900M I'd say at $14M in sales a $7.35B cap is a little outrageous... given this from the prospectus..Ryan Hankin Kent, an industry research firm, estimates that the market for Internet backbone routers was $169 million in 1998 and is expected to increase to approximately $5.5 billion in 2003. We have incurred significant losses since inception and expect to continue to incur losses in the future. As of March 31, 1999, we had an accumulated deficit of $49.8 million. Although our net revenues have grown from zero in the quarter ended September 30, 1998 to $10.0 million in the quarter ended March 31, 1999, we cannot be certain that our revenues will continue to grow, or that we will achieve sufficient revenues to achieve profitability. FROM this one would assume that earning are early July... two weeks? Given the run up revenues better be over $100M!!! AND Have many more customers... We began recognizing revenues from sales of the M40 in the quarter ended December 31, 1998. A significant portion of our revenues to date have been recognized from a limited number of customers. Revenues from significant customers as a percentage of net revenues are as follows: <TABLE> <CAPTION> _________________________- THREE MONTHS YEAR ENDED_______________ENDED DEC. 31, 1998_____________MARCH 31, 1999 ------------- -------------- <S> <C> <C> *UUNet....................78% ______________ 40% Ericsson Business Networks AB.............. 22%______________9% *MCI WorldCom- vBNS..................... -- ________________15% Verio..................... -- _______________ 16% Thoughts anyone... how in the world can this thing be at 150??? I had trouble buying at 95... now it looks like a bargain! OG
