Thought the talk were over June 30? Today? Probably/possibly were!But my understanding is that the CEO had to go to Europe for an opportunity that wasn't to be missed! RKR's lawyers are the ones doing this BC thing, they will likely have everything already for RKR by the time he gets back..ie. a cheque or a suit date!!! I see no relevance to announcing "we are going to sue" without already securing a court date and a plan of attack based on that court date. If our plan of attack is to sue, then we want as much "national coverage" as possible. that would mean informing all of the papers and news agency of the "story" in advance of the announcement...then announce the suit with large fanfare and media coverage!!! However, I am speculating here......but thats the way i would do it...otherwise it may get very little coverage...complacency is "advantage government"......public outrage is 'advantage RKR"!!! My guess is 20 July, but that truly is a guess on my part. the Chief
