The INTC graph itself (it looks too much like DJII today) doesn't really tell us as much as your earlier note on the options does. But the late straight-up / straight-back-down action in ALTR says that something's up there, and soon.

Tomorrow and Friday ought to soak up all the rest of the new month / new quarter / hurray-for-the-Fed money, then we'll know what's really happening.

more interesting stuff:
some news came out from MSFT: 1)SEC is investigating something: maybe msft needs a earning restatement; 2)their CFO said they are very comfortable about Q4 earnings.
will msft go up tomorrow? we'll see.
