Glenn: Received an e-mail from Reynolds this morning reinforcing the telephone contact post yesterday on RB. His message is very encouraging, saying that a multiple company deal MAY happen but he might not go that route. He went on the say, "We are talking to parties who are interested in specific markets (domestic theatrical, foreign, video, etc.) but we are also working our way up the ladder of several 'majors' who may be interested in 'the world'. We will not make any decision until all parties have made offers or 'passed'. It is a complicated process." Everyone can apply their own interpretation to the above. Always the optimist, I read it that he is expecting multiple offers. He may already have some on the table but is waiting to see what kind of all-inclusive deal may be offered by the "several majors" who are interested.
