Those of you looking to make switch in mutual fund or annuity portfolios or simply trying to get back into the markets should consider moving back into the RUT 2000 TODAY BEFORE THE MARKET CLOSE. There are 250+ stocks moving in/out of RUT 2000 today which is causing 1 day downdraft imho. Get into small cap funds before close today for 1 day discount price as it ends after close. They should be poised to outperform if this next leg up is to manifest itself. Credit goes to IKE on IDEA for RUT spotlight.
