Neocon, Did you catch that special last night on the Apache Helicopters? It was quite interesting. They had all kinds of footage from the Apache action in the Balkans. They even had film of the one Apache going down. It was quite interesting. Apparently, none of the joint chiefs wanted to put them into action unless they were with their armored columns. They were really build as escort vehicles for M-1 and Bradley fighting vehicles. It appears that the Whitehouse was more interested in just sticking them out where they would have been very vulnerable to AA and SAM-7, and SAM-10 shoulder launched rockets. There appears to be more armchair general in the Whitehouse than we thought. -John
