Frank,
I don't know the answer to this, but do you know how many shares of DELL MSD acquired this year? I suspect as of today he owns more (with options) than he did earlier this year. Also, to have a routine sale makes one believe that the sale is irrespective of current or future performance. ( As was mentioned before.)

frank...will not tell you to chill, as most will.....

patterns are meant to be broken...especially if it could be symbolic...on one side the zealots will state that 4m shares is nothing to "mikey"...if it is nothing, then no harm to stop selling during weak stock price moments, why add fuel to the "perception" fire, an innocent act, that has naught to do with the health of dell the company...but not so good for dell the stock......."mostly for diversification"...why diversify if dell is the next dell...perhaps better opportunity in koop.com????

read the sane comments of chuzz....he has nailed it..again...
good luck, ed a.
