They lived nearby, although I forget the precise building. It is a beautiful area. There are many mansions off of the main roads, many fine old apartment buildings on Wisconsin Avenue, and many of the more important embassies on Massachusetts Avenue. It is kind of like living on the Upper East Side, on 5th Avenue...well, in some ways, better...
