It does show at 28 1/4, but could easily be improperly coded and should instead be an earlier trade reported late. All things equal, this should open up tomorrow because of the artificial pressure late today, but paying up 11/16 today is odd.

BTW, as you can see from the Russell info provided, the Russell indexes are changed just once a year, and a year-ago, CKFR's market cap was (barely)under the threshold to keep it in the 2000. Apparently, it's just above it this year.
