Dear SBTK counsel, and Kroll detectives: Come and get me. As for what we "all" know, you are making unfounded assumptions. Like the assumption that a single deposition will ever take place. You have to file a complaint before you take a deposition. Let us know when that happens. And stop trying to transform a failure to deny into an admission, it makes you look foolish. As for links to court services, I'm sure a bright person like you can find them. How do you know he or someone else didn't retype them? Yet another one of your unfounded accusations based on unfounded assumptions.
