Oh boy, another enhanced recovery scam.

> Caye Chapel acquired the San Antonio area leases for the purpose of implementing new oil recovery technologies to retrieve proven
reserves.

> Caye Chapel plans to produce its extensive oil reserves using relatively new technology that has proven to be very successful. The technology will allow for the recovery of their reserves at a
dramatically accelerated rate.

Uh, huh. "Relatively new technology", meaning it has been around a while and hasn't taken off as a secondary recovery technique. Every company in the world looks for maximum economic recovery from their wells. If it has been on the market in any form for more than a couple of years and is not used on a regular basis, something is seriously wrong with the process. Guaranteed. There are lots of questions to be asked that were not even touched upon in that message, but I won't bore you with them here. Suffice it to say that I would be 99.9% sure that CAYC exists only to separate fools from their money. Some folks just never learn.
