But the decrease is minor (Greg seemed to imply that it was lower than seasonal fluctuations in margin) and the reason, as I understand it, is that the revenue from the non-software parts of the business, which has lower margins/higher support costs, has now become substantial enough to be rolled into the big picture. Maybe I am on the wrong track here, because the analysts did not follow it up in the call, but that does seem to me to be a significant development.
