No I did not see it. I am plastered to the tv right now listening to the CNBC recap. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal. I would be careful of any after hours activity as it will be irrelevant when the Market opens tomorrow. This will in effect force a recalibration of the earnings estimates going forward. I hope this doesn't get too complicated as it might alienate certain shareholders. Boy, I hope this doesn't open up some more lawsuits...just what we need. Teflon
