Ok genius,

Here is how you do it. Call the court clerk, and for a fee, they will fax the filing to you, as it is public information. Then you scan it using OCR software. Proof read it and correct errors. Post what you want and send the rest by e-mail to all interested parties. Takes about a couple of hours to do it right.

Since most firms don't bother to announce amendments to existing lawsuits, you probably have plenty of time to take a position and disseminate the information yourself. Only if the media and analysts start talking about the lawsuit will the company announce it and respond.

All legal, all public information, and not rocket science.
