We may not get EBAY but we could get Yahoo! and Amazon. EBAY bought out billpoint not too long ago. BillPoint allows person to person Credit Card transactions, so they wouldn't directly conflict with a CheckFree product, but it would seem the Yahoo! and Amazon would be more interested in CheckFree since they don't offer a billpoint service at all.
