Uptick,-- I'm thinking summer of 1999, and your reporting back in 1975, can't you go back further than that.??? I bought into the European Internet through X-Stream. Was the Internet even thought off back in 1975.??? You might have a guy operating a successful Internet company in 1999 that may have bankrupt a corner store back in 1975 or was in jail. What does that have to do with operating a successful Internet company 25 years later?

The key part of this statement is surely:

"In November 1995, Registrant appointed Firecrest Group plc a
public company, as exclusive distributor for DigiPhone in the United
Kingdom and Ireland in consideration for $1,950,575 payable by shares
equal to approximately 10% of Firecrest. ("Digiphone Rights") In
March 1996 all relations with Firecrest were terminated and Registrant
sold all its shares in Firecrest in market transactions.
Subsequently, Firecrest sold its DigiPhone Rights to Meteor."

There has never been any doubt in my mind that the Board of Firecrest were in the main incompetent and following their own agenda. However as UPTICKS posting indicates there is no connection today between Wettreich and XSNI such relationship ceasing in March 1996.

Thankyou UPTICK for setting my mind to rest over this matter.

I look forward to reading more of your informative and relevant postings NOT.

Regards

Jon C

>>GOD SAVE THE QUEEN....DEJAVU.....DEJAVU<<

I have become convinced that you are actually trying to subtly hype XSNI. You post the same information intimating that there is a current connection between XSNI and Wettreich and then wait for either Jeff or I to point out that Camelot has previously sold all of their Firecrest shares. Bingo...positive news for XSNI. I have a stack of SEC filings on my floor from Camelot, Wincroft et al. I can find no current connection to Wettreich. If it exists, please let us know. As I have said earlier, it is GAME OVER if such a connection exists. Send me a PM. Please help me connect the dots so that I can complete the XSNI screen play. Movie to follow.
