Big Bull:

I was really surprised that Greenie switched to a neutral policy bias. great news for commodities and Asian markets, but very bad news for bonds despite today's rally. Look for inflation pressures to climb signifcantly in the months ahead. Today's smash in utility stocks a warning that bond yields are headed towards 7% by the end of the year.

Even gold starting to come to life. The yellow metal has budged just a little, but gold stocks are moving big time. Just like the OSX. And that WPJGX is jumping like an intenet fund. Up sharply again despite a correction in the Japanese market. Now up about 70% year to date.

Getting back to OS the good news is we had a nice move today. But the basd news is that the move was not so great considering that crude surged nearly a buck.
