CMGI as of recent has obtained a market cap that makes it ineligible for the Russell 2000. Today was it's last day on the Russell 2000. As a result, many institution's that hold positions in CMGI through their Russell 2000 Index Funds put in a $@#%load of SOC (sell on close) orders
