Good Evening Scott,

Thanks for reminding me about my profile. That is the reason why I have intended to lighten up on Dell as I have on Philip Morris and Coke. In the case of Dell we are not getting any clear perception as to where this company is going forward. To compound the problem, Michael Dell goes on a selling spree just prior to the next quarterly earnings report. Why does he not wait until after the earnings announcement and get more money for the sale of his stock. I think he is wary of unacceptable street expectations. This is not a good omen.
Also the stock is not moving with the market. It has stagnated. We should have been well above 40 by now. There are those who will stand around and wait for the axe to fall. I don't want to have too much in this stock at this time.

Best Regards
Frank
