That is how I understood it too, but the buying public is hearing from 1-877-SATPHONE that these are going to be the prices. Big mistake to price yourself at or above Iridium. HUGE mistake. $2 should not even be a possibility. I understood it to be $1-1.25. No more, including long distance. The big problem is that they are already saying the wrong thing. First impressions count a lot. Phones for less than $1000, prices well below Iridium. That is the only way.
