john, in model attempting to forecast cash needs you need to take the top line (expected revenues) and subtract the cost of these revenues, then you also have to look at the increase in working capital needed to support these revenues, my thesis is that if indeed numbers in the millions are going to be achieved (and I agree with you that there is not enough "marketing oomph behind the program to achieve this), you will need a lot of money as working capital. I am no longer addressing the marketing costs associated with getting this business successfully off the ground, because I have discussed this with Suzanne on quite a number of posts, I am assuming that maybe they make some money, but there is still shortage of cash (strangely enough because they have sales).
