SI just doesn't seem to be the place it was once. Not as dynamic and
informative as 3-4 years ago. Where have the educated posters gone? I
frequent YAHOO!, but there is much more chaff than substance.

Plenty of people have made money trading IDT and left for greener stocks. I have been long for what seems like an eternity. This company made some agressive moves - building the state of the art 8 inch fab in Oregon - just in time for the SRAM and IC market in general to tank. They did delay taking some equipment. Then they sold it and are now paying to lease it. At this point, I'm not sure what percentage of the fab is actually running.

IDT has some very good products like the FIFO's, Specialized Memory and MIPS chips. The Clear Logic division could make money. The Marshall hookup should lead to more biz. IDT has all but thrown in the towel on the WinChip. Any buyers yet? NOT! I thought they could compete with the mighty INTC. Another black eye there for Lenny.

It's nice to see the uptick in price. Now they just have to show some profits and who knows where it could go.
