There is a wrist band now that is supposed to help. Some sort of pressure point.

When we fished Cabo for Marlin I got queesy. They let the boat drift and it rocked, wouldn't have been bad but the diesels were idling. Then they served the snack, refried beans with Chiwawa (sp) cheese. Looked like crap from a sick dog with worms. I was heading for the railing when I heard "fish on". Funny how that 175 pound Marlin made me feel better.

Mostly it's not just the motion but the exhaust fumes plus someone's cheap cigar. I had that on Lake Michigan. 18 foot boat, no breakfast, 3 cigars burning and the exhaust rolling back into the cockpit. Then came the raid. No wonder I like a bass boat.
