In certain cases yes. Most of the time all companies are concermed about their capitalization and the price of their stock. They work silently at trying to get the news release out with meat and potatoes. It is the ones that are more concerned with their stock price than the business that I have a problem with.

Every single stock can be naysayed. Depending on the savvy of the poster it can be damaging. But calling for certs to catch a short, suing individuals, etc. are all red flags to the real investment world.
