Stopped for gas today in a poor area on the way home. As I was leaving a little girl about this high, I can't tell ages, rode her bike up and asked if I wanted to buy a picture. Asking price was a quarter. I looked and didn't have a quarter so I dug out a buck. She found a $1 picture she had drawn with a felt tip. Didn't have the heart to ask her what it was but I hoped she enjoyed her ice cream. As I was leaving she told her brother " see, we can screw these jerks". A broker in the making.
