(a) At 4.2 billion the company has nearly one quarter worth
of deferred revenue account. They may not be able to carry
that much.

(b) This Q, Office2000 likely shipped about 20 - 25million copies,
producing 4Billion+ in revenues. They can defer max 20% under
new rules. I expect they will have to recognize about 3.2B
in office rev. this Q. Add that to platforms, IMG, and tools,
now you know why 5.3B is easy
