That WSC site is a little hockey puckee methinks. It's missing a ton of filings, shows some from 1997 etc. LOL look at this from the same place: Warning: More than one individual may have the same name. Also, a single individual may file under different name spellings. For example they may not always use their middle initial. May 17/99 is the date shown, but there have been NO trades at .04-.06 since Dec '98. And certainly you couldn't buy any down there, or I'd have more $$ in my pocket and a whole lot more free shares.
