I would really like to get a better handle on this. If T controls (and just about owns) ATHM, why would T sell a developing cable business they have 50% ownership in to Paul Allen who has a competing cable Internet product? That's 600M subscribers T is giving away to Allen who is a direct competitor. I can't figure it.

There must be something coming in return that we don't know about.

Any ideas?
