*OT** Haim, here is something Huey P. Long said when asked about the difference between the Democrats and the Republicans. "It is kinda like skinning the bark off a tree. There are two groups...the HIGHPOPALOWUMs and the LOWPOPAHIGHUMs. The LOWPOPAHIGHUMs start at the bottom of the tree and work up and the HIGHPOPALOWUMs start at the top and work down.
