Dave this is correct as long as it stays above the 70% number...but with the reversal from 86ish...down is more than likely the trend...summer months and all...JMHO

And we follow the indicators...Looking to short the Semi's for the contest Joe?????????????

Yes it does stay in Bull Confirmed. The move below the 70% mark is what puts the sector in Bear Alert status. Of course, this is where the art of the methodology comes in and we certainly take note that the sector is reversing down from a very extended level.
