Max,

We actually believe (at least a lot of us) believe Ancor is worth more than Brocade. Same number of shares outstanding (roughly). Our OEMs are as valuable as theirs. I do not see why they are valued 3X of 4X ANCR. I am not saying BRCD is overvalued. I am saying for BRCD to continue to go up, Ancor must go up more quickly.

Max, I am with Iceberg on the valuation issue.

I think that the size of the float has a lot to do with valuation at this point, and that Ancor and Brocade will intersect in price per share somewhere between their current prices.

I also think that the intersection this year will be closer to Brocade's current market price, and that next year both will see over 100/share on a consistent basis if the SAN market proves out.
