Alex, you disappoint me, you mean to say that I did not cause the decline from the opening high of $.085 to the low at $.05? today? And I am not responsible for the decline from $.40 to $.04 in the last two three months? Gee, after all I am not "all powerful"? <VBG>. I agree with you, I believe that the reason for the decline should be put where it belongs, Mr. Gordon, not only he gorged himself with company shares through excessive options, stock grants and preferred loan conversion rates (including repricing everytime the stock declined), he than resorted to financing his dreams with a floorless issue, the cardinal sin of financing. Not having any sales to speak of in the last two years and having one division go down the drain into bankruptcy, might have had some impact as well, maybe. Zeev Zeev
