Great points. one's desire to hold/sell stock should have nothing to do what the insiders are doing. I am holding a lot of dell cuz i really don't want to take a tax hit and find another place where i could loose more mony... If you have couple of great companies, one is always doing great and other so so... all in all it's worked out for me and if i did not have any Dell shares, i would be buying them today. any way MSD still holds the following.
