I think that there may have been manipulation so Manhattan could merge with ACTB at more favorable terms. I'm just guessing, I have no conrete facts to back it up, but it seems awfully strange that ACTB has taken such a dive before the merger. I'd expect it to make a significant rise after the merger, because Manhattan will want to promote the stock and get the value back up again. Just making assumptions.

The PR today looked pretty positive if they actually follow through on it.
