Winter. Wit customers will be in but not with the 600,000 shares. Also I think that there are 65,000 shareholders in CMGI. If even 1/3 of the shareholders are eligable and open their accounts the odds are 1 in 3 that anyone will get any.

Winter,

If you have information that CMGI DSP is a lottery, could you provide the link. TIA. As I understand from my experience with E-Loan, DSP is guanranteed, but the number of shares could be limited. If CMGI DSP is just a lottery, then there is no advantage of being CMGI shareholder. The reason of DW giving shareholders the DSP is to enhance CMGI value, i.e. more people will be buying CMGI stocks because of that DSP feature.

As far as the number of shares, I do not have any clue. I hope you are right that we will get at least 100 shares. From what I read abotu Wit Capital, usually the allocation through regular channel is 100 shares.
The number 25 shares I used is for illustration purposes only albeit it is the number dictated by E-lOan to E-trade.

Best regards

Paul
