Hi Mike;
Sorry,I guess I meant "superior" in reference to other ASP providers who generally rely on large software manufacturers to
provide the software that these companies need to meet the e-business needs of their customers;not that companies such as
Siebel are providing technologically inferior products.This will enhance Infocast's profit margins since it will not incur the
continuing costs of renting software from the large software providers.

As you know , many ASP providers merely provide the software they rent from companies such as Siebel and provide this on a
user-fee basis.IFCC's business model goes well beyond providing thos basic service.IFCC,with its wholly-owned,unique
software innovations can custom design and tailor its technology for the specific e-business needs of its clients, in much the same
manner as it has customized its technology for the very lucrative vertical markets in Telework,Distributed Learning, and Call
Center Solutions.

Mike, you might want to check out IFCC's latest press release......major expansion of its E-Business operations with the
purchase and deployment of a Sun Enterprise(TM) 10000 Server from Sun Microsystems Inc.
