No I don't Tom. That was 1.5m left to convert from the PP.

I'm waiting for the next arrangement/s to see what the further impact might be. They do need more money and there has been some gotten already. Henry feels another million but I don't feel it will be enough unless there will be some revenue increase.

There are some impacts that can give revenues by Nov.

Distributor signups.
Distributor revenues
Nettaxi
Signature
Babe Ruth
Rich wants to help and is trying
The other small stuff
There is always the surprise hit

All those together could generate enough to compensate for the difference I have with Henry but revenue input has to grow from a rampup also and it does lag sales a bit. I still think they will need the extra million to prepare for the volume revenue increase expected to start in Oct. There are costs involved in the preparations. Also the lag time between making the sale to getting the money may take the revenue receipt volume out another month or so.

Sorry Ed but I don't think TEMPO will be much of a factor until a bit later and then a deal has to ramp unless it carries front money. The deal with McDonalds and Taco Bell was started by a comment from Newton to Sam I think. Since Golin/Harris does McD, it gave more credibility/hope back to that one. I would lean more on the Ronald McDonald House charity but that has come and gone a couple of times through the rumour mill.
