Because of the completed tender offer there are at most 495,264 shares left in the float (could be much less). The June short interest shows 141,497 shares short. Apparently someone forgot to cover their short (perhaps they died or went on a long vacation?) and were "bought in" by their broker today. Which means the greedy MMs are now short the shares, which they will "cover" for $25.50 in two weeks. Nasty...

Talked to a friend of mine and he said it well: "...you go out for a jog and your up 1/8th, you come back and up 60+..."

I haven't done the research but what is the float? Any news at all? Time to short!!!
