I still say that it might be wise for you guys to put DNET back in to play. If you look hard enough it appears that the MM's are searching for shares and it is poised to bounce hard. Just my two cents.

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1999--DLSC delSECUR Corporation announced today the creation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, delSECUR USA Inc., incorporated in Delaware and with its principal offices located at 801 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 800, Washington D.C. 20004.
This subsidiary has been created specifically to manage all delSECUR operations in the United States. The decision to locate the offices in Washington D.C. was made following the recent expressions of interest in the del-ID(R) technology by several U.S. Governments agencies.

delSECUR is also pleased to announce that it has been invited to become a member of the Biometric Consortium of the National Institute of Standards and Technology of the US Department of Commerce.
