An explanation as promised on my post 45717. When I read your post about "bring the lotion" it reminded me of something in my local paper last year for about 3-4 weeks. Maybe it was only in the New England papers. An English professor at elite Andover Academy (George Bush's alma mater) named David Cobb was arrested in N.H. with a knapsack containing lotion, a pumpkin mask and hundreds of child porno pics. Also was a list of prices he paid for helping "Pumkin". It seems that Mr. Cobb; also known as the natty professor cuz of his stylish dress, used a ruse of asking boys to help him with a retarded boy who had sand in his swim shorts. He would go into the woods and come out with the mask on and you can fill in the rest. So, when I see or hear lotion that kinda pops into my head. It's not unlike when I hear "steel pipe to the knee" I automatically think of Olympic skater and Mass. native Nancy Kerrigan. Or " I dove repeatedly" our esteemed Senator Ted Kennedy. And it's been awhile but who amongst us doesnt remember a Fall River, Mass native when you go camping and someone asks to borrow your axe. I know I always say with a sly grin " hear you go Lizzy", or with a throaty chuckle, "say hi to your mom and dad, the Bordens, won't you? Yes I do love the laughs that one brings from the kids. Hope you understand now.
