From Ragingbull Post # 7972, From Jupiter924 Says, got the following message from Taylor. "1) On monday, june 21, 1999, ProNetLink filed a general form for registration of securities on form 10 with the securities exchange commisssion to register pronetlink's common stock under section 12(g) of the securities exchange act of 1934. The SEC is expected to review the filing and to provide, within approximately 30 days, comments regarding the form 10. The company will be expected to respond to the comments and file one or more amendments to the from 10 until such time as the SEC is satisfied with the company's disclosure. After the SEC declares the company's form 10 effective, the company's common stock will be considered resistered. As a result of this registration, the company will have additional ongoing SEC reporting obligations, including the filing of annual, quarterly and periodic reprots. 2) The auction module has been planned for the upcoming new pronetlink website features. "
