David, Bob: It's over for the corporate entity that is/was MGR. You hit it right on the head, David, when you said that "if it will take the TD Bank 2 years to collect after a lengthy court hearing, how long will it take MGR?" -- which hasn't even started any court proceeding against MAC. Reminds me of the song that has the words: "Until The First Of Never". The Bumbat Mill has become a $10M gift to the people of Mongolia! No wonder Dr. Dave is in such a rush to change the name and move on to other pastures.
