Initially, I did a general search for the name Fimrite, with the belief that it was an unusual name. Here are the results: google.netscape.com It appears that Ron Fimrite is a sports writer that contributes to CNN/SI. After several similar results with various search engines I rejected that approach. I then decided to try the old standby, Canada Stockwatch, which has proven very effective in the past, at least with those involved with Canadian securities. Under the main menu, there is a category Look up a participant. For just .20 you can check by name for any individual who may have participated as a director, or shareholder with a publicly traded Canadian company. My experience has shown that the term "shareholder" usually refers to someone who has participated in private placements. I cannot guarantee that my definition is the only one. Cima, as a long term investor and knowledgeable trader, I suspect that you are aware of all of this. Forgive me for expanding for the benefit of those who are not. I would like to stress Cima, that although you thought that Douglas Elroy Fimrite was the full name of the president of Landstar, I cannot personally verify that as fact.
