That is so true .. so it will have to be proven nby the trading logs that any individual manipulate a stock price ... Since Janice and affiliates are known for their naysaying abilities. I would assume that they would have to have been shorting. This was also mentioned in the filing today. If they did not short then you got a charge that is inaccurate statement.

What if they did not make a profit nor benefit in anyway what-so-ever and were merely exercising their opinon based on their DD? Is that considered negligent? Do they not have to been trained in the area of being an analysis in order to be found guilty of expressing an opinion in order to warn people of a possible cost losing scenario? Is not the market and the constitution not the vessel by which we have a right to voice our opinion as long as that opinion has no way to benefit or capitalize?

But you are right ... that is why we have our legal system.
