Phil, the boat just arrived with a proxy statement. Did you get yours? I never got one for the ill-gated meeting of this week. I am concerned about the number of shares that are requested. It seems like a blank check without any conditions, limits or otherwise included in management's blue sheet. Equity financing is fine to a point, but if the stock remains valueless because of extreme dilution... I did get around to order from the new site and it passed the test. The old site could not find or order Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys (great new Cajun stuff, try La Toussaint...killer) but it is now playing in my office with the new Hapa (great contemporary Hawaiian with an eclectic scotish flair...try it you will like it either the album Hapa or Mahana (or something like that). If the company would concentrate on the basics and have a little patience with things like advertising, marketing, we could get this thing back over a dime... In Australia next week and will do the put and take routine as I stop in Fiji before going across the date line. kekoa
