RE: Coppermine shipping in Nov.

It seems that several people with Intel connections are sounding optimistic about Coppermine which I take to mean that Intel has started large production lots and will get parts to OEMs early enough for PC shipments in volume during early November which means they make xmas.

This is huge since otherwise PCs really couldn't ship in vol until after xmas leaving K7 a large window as the Big Stud. Large enough that everyone and his brother would have known about it thus burning it into people's brains so deep that it wouldn't go away for a long time. But if Coppermine is shipping in Nov then the whole war gets a little fuzzy and K7 probably doesn't get the rep as Big Stud.
