Not sure what KERNEL32.DLL is but 4.6 really doesn't work well with WebBroker. It will always revert to the "plain" format and you will never see the IPO menu or any dropdown menus.

Waterhouse is aware of the problem and is, ahem, "working on it". The workaround is using IE3x in the URL as.....

webbroker51.waterhouse.com

Other than this, no probs with 4.6.

Use IE5, it works so much better than Netscape. Somewhere along the line Netscape got left in the dust by IE5. Hope this helps.
