Paul, why don't we tax FAT PEOPLE who take up too much space, breathe too much air and eat too much food ..and give up too much gas. Speaking of which, why don't we tax all ruminants, whose daily emissions exceed the pollution problem caused by automobiles by an order of magnitude, I read somewhere. Maybe we'd all turn into vegetarians and cows would only be in zoos. Barry
